Returns And Refund

At Elzavy Store, we strive to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, if you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing, or an incorrect product, we are here to assist you.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return window: 60 days from delivery date

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging

  • Cost: Free return shipping, no restocking fees

  • Exchanges: Available for size or color changes

  • Defects/Wrong item: Free replacement or full refund

  • Response time: We respond within 1 business day

  • Quality promise: All products are made to order and printed in the USA by trusted partners for consistent quality.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance or final-sale items.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).

5. Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and sent back in their original packaging.

  • You’ll need to provide your Order Number and the email address used at checkout.

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please include clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • Returns are not accepted for items that show signs of use, have been washed, or if the return is requested more than 60 days after delivery.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
